I want 121website to create a website for me. What are the stages to the design process?

You would then supply us with pictures and text or we could use our own. We would ask for an idea of the look you requires or you could leave this up to us. We create an initial first page and you can give us input on this. Once happy we create the rest of the site and show you the final website. This is then uploaded onto the internet. We implement a statistical counter so that you can see who, how many and where interested parties are coming from to your website. We add your website to the search engines. We then monitor your site and will tweak it until we are happy that you are getting the traffic required.
How long does it take for my website to be made?
As soon as we have all information we can start and would aim for 7 - 14 days. It depends on the workload and what the site involved but we would give you a clear indication on taking on a project.
Is 121website to any standard?
Yes all websites are to W3C standards and we are a member of the UK Web Design Association.
What is included with the website design packages?

What are the payment terms?
50% up front, 50% on completion.
What are the payment methods?
Credit card, bank transfer, cheque.
What else do I need to pay for?
The price quoted is the price you pay. This includes design, 12 months hosting, email, domain name, statistical counter, search engine submission and free advice. Everything to get your website and business on to the internet.
How much is hosting after 12 months?
The first 12 months are included in the initial fee. After the 12 months period it is from £33.74 per year. Hosting packages are here. This price includes support. Support is if there is anything wrong with your website or email it will be fixed promptly.
What is hosting?
Hosting is where your website is situated, all websites require hosting. We host websites on fast UK servers. By being situated on UK servers in the UK it helps you in the search results for UK searches.
Do I have to host with you?
No you are free to take your website to another host. There are no release fees.
What if I need text updates?
If you require constant text updates then we suggest you have a content management type website. If you already have a website but without content management we can implement this for you. Otherwise we charge £16 per hour split into 1/2 hour blocks for text updates and any other customisation.
Who has copyright to the website?
On payment the website's design copyright is handed over to you.
What happens if a bill is unpaid?
We take a 50% deposit on inititial design. If the remaining final payment or payment due for other work or hosting remains unpaid the website, email and any other functionality with the website is suspended until further payment is made.
Can I upgrade my website?
All of our websites can be upgraded to include any functionality you require. Whether you need payment processing, booking scripts, data retrieval we are here to assist.
Do you make backups?
All websites that we host are backed up daily. Therefore if any website or database becomes corrupt we can quickly and easily restore it.
Where do you host your websites?
We have servers in a eco friendly datacentre in the Uk. Highly secure, fast and reliable. By hosting your UK business in the UK on fast servers it helps in search engine placement.
Your website maybe used as an example .
We sometimes show websites created by us as examples of work or within tutorials and on promotional material. If anything these help to promote your website. If however you would prefer your website not to be shown or used in such a way please let us know.
